Hälsa Saunas was inspired by cherished moments shared with my dad in the sauna, a tradition rooted in our Swedish heritage. This legacy inspired the vision for Hälsa Saunas: to create intentional spaces that promote health, foster connection, and offer a retreat from the distractions of daily life.
